CJSC "MEB INVESTMENT" was established on April 30, 2005, with its founder and 100% shareholder being Akhmedova Boyukhanum Sabir kyzy. Our company was officially registered on May 5, 2005, by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Baku Regional Department for the Registration of Legal Entities. On the same date, by the Founder’s Decision No. 1, Mamedov Akhmedov was appointed as the Chairman of the company.
With a registered capital of 25,000,000 manats, MEB INVESTMENT has maintained a strong financial structure since its establishment and has been operating in the fields of construction, energy projects, and business consultancy.
Our goal is to become a reliable business partner both in Azerbaijan and in international markets by developing innovative, sustainable, and internationally compliant projects. It has extensive long-term experience in selling oil, oil products and natural gas on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and with other countries of the world. Our company is engaged in investments in the real sector of the economy.
Today, our company has a General contract in the construction of a fuel and energy cluster in Russia. The project cost is 10 billion euros.
Also, the construction of a pharmaceutical plant on the territory of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The total cost is 200 million euros. Construction of a pipeline and oil pipeline in Iraq, with a length of 350 km. the Cost is $ 2 billion.

In 2017-2018, together with AMAL+A MMC, work was carried out to install the water and sewer system of the largest housing complex AG SHEHER in Baku, the customer of which is"PASHA CONSTRUCTION.
